Los
Angeles's home resale inventories increased slightly, with a 5 percent increase
since September 2013. Distressed properties such as foreclosures and short
sales remained the same as a percentage of the total market in October. The
median listing price in Los Angeles went down from September to October. There
were a total of 141 price increases and 632 price decreases.
